Dropbox acquired Developer iOS-editing application to revise documents CloudOn

January 20, 2014 Dropbox bought CloudOn - startup developing an application to revise the documents on iOS, according to the publication VentureBeat. CloudOn specialists will be one of the first representatives of a new Israeli Dropbox office.
CloudOn previously was developing  the mobile platform to view and edit files, Microsoft Office, but later moved on to work on own application to revise the documents on iOS. Both companies confirmed VentureBeat information about the transaction.

Dropbox passwords posted online and millions more might follow

If you haven't activated two-factor authentication on Dropbox yet, you may want to do so now, just in case you end up finding your credentials posted on the internet. A document posted on pastebin earlier contains 400 Dropbox usernames and passwords, which the poster claims are just a tiny fraction of a massive hack that compromises up to 7 million accounts
