Secret introduction of radar system agencies, including the FBI and the US Marshals Service, began more than two years ago.
At least 50 law enforcement agencies of the United States secretly equipped its employees with special radar, allows you to "peek" through the walls of the houses of citizens in order to detect the occupants living objects. This was reported in the material posted on the portal of USA Today.

As the author of the publication, the introduction of the secret radar system agencies, including the FBI and the US Marshals Service, began more than two years ago. In this case, the service did not hasten to inform neither the courts nor the public about where and when to apply radar, originally designed for use in Iraq and Afghanistan. The introduction of this technology raises many questions, especially because according to the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States, law enforcement officials have no right to apply such highly technical devices without a search warrant.
Radars are finely tuned detectors that use radio waves to detect even the slightest movement such as human breath, from a distance of 15 m. They record the presence and movement of live objects indoors. According to law enforcement officials, such information is critical to the security officers in the storming of buildings and rescue the hostages. However, judges and human rights activists have expressed their concerns about the circumstances under which the device can be used. Also a doubt is the fact that until recently the use of radar enforcement services was virtually unknown.
However, the technology is not new. As can be seen from the records of federal contracts, Marshals Service began buying radar in 2012 and has already spent on their purchase of $ 180 thousand.
